
The Integrated Coastal and Water Resources Management II (ICWRM) IQC 2004-2009, Contract No. EPP-I-00-04-00025-00 is now available and ready for business.
The new contracting arrangement, Water IQC II, is a vehicle for USAID Missions around the world to access a wide variety of water sector services to enhance the development and management of water resources in urban, rural and coastal areas. PA Government Services Inc. holds one of five Water IQC II contracts and, as the top Water IQC I contractor, has a long record of implementing USAID water projects worldwide.
PA provides technical and institutional breadth and depth, and a proven track record across the full range of water resources issues such as planning and managing development in sensitive coastal areas, improving the capacity of water utilities to deliver water and wastewater services efficiently, and ensuring adequate supplies of fresh water for agricultural, industrial and drinking water needs.
PA’s Water IQC II team provides excellence in all the technical disciplines of integrated water resources planning and management, including sophisticated engineering, modeling, monitoring, policy, law, finance, public information, training and conflict resolution. With operations on every continent, the team brings extensive water project experience in virtually every USAID-assisted country, an integrated approach to problem solving, and a commitment to high-quality results. As a holder of the USAID Water IQC I contract, PA is committed to extending its dedicated and effective management to Water IQC II.

How to access PA's services

1: Prepare a draft scope of work that includes anticipated tasks, deliverables and level of effort
2: Work with your contracting office to issue a task order request to PA Government Services Inc.
